Hotkey for mouse right/left buttons

I have the touchsmart IQ5006 and would like to know if the is a way to use keyboard hotkey in place of using the mouse right/left buttons. I want to use the touch screen as much as possible without using the mouse.

Found it, Shift F10 will open it without touching the mouse.

Is there a hot key for the mouse buttoms no matter what context/position the pointer is in?
