HP NETRAID Assistant

Hi,
I have seen this question in teh forum a number of times but have never seen an answer.
I have installed Netraid Assistant on to a W2K SP4 system and when I start the assistant, I get a message saying that it cannot connect to server.
I also notice that the Netraid service has failed. If I try to start it I encounter a "1067: Service terminated unexpectedly"

All help welcomed.

ok, resolved this.

The level of Netraid Assistant was A02 and by putting in level B02, it all worked fine.
