Hp Network TEAM - Hiper V

Welcome all,

I have installed the Hp Network team on my Proliant Server, which is usint Hiper V. When i had one card in my VM i had only 100Mb/s link speed. I have found that when I install the second network card in VM my spped link increace on second network card to 10Gb/s (same as host machine). which say that first I have to install Hiper V then Networking and do some specific configuration. But do I have to? Everything works great at the moment. What do you recommend me?
