HP thin client t5630 Word font missing

one my customer using his exe on thin client flash only. he is not using RDP or ctrix. bcoz he is saying his software exe is small. software is working fine through ODBC he is getting server. but problem with printing. When we add any printer localy on thin with admin login fonts from word pad will vanish. it will not showing any fonts. if i remove printer it is working fine. i downloaded printer driver from epson website but at the end of driver installatin it is giving error " operation could not be complete"

any solution for this problem ????
