Install Windows using UEFI and GPT
Hello everyone,
I've received my new laptop (Probook 4730s) and the first thing i did is formatting it!
And for this formatting i would drop MBR and then use GPT. Indeed this laptop have a UEFI so theoretically Windows Server 2008 R2 64bit sould have the ability to boot. Unfortunately it's impossible to install it. Windows installer said when i select my partition this error: " Windows cannot be installed to this disk. The selected disk is the GPT partition style".
Does somebody have a solution to it? it already try many tutorials on the web and nothing realy works....
Thanks for the help!
