mmketbd and encmtr errors

I am getting page faults and the pop up boxes indicate it is a mmkeybd or an
encmtr error causing the fault in the kernel32. i have called once and was
asked to use restore disc..that did not fix problem so i did a complete format
and re-install and the errors cleared up except these 2.

I'm sorry to say you may have to go to
add/remove programs sevtion of the control
panel and remove one touch media keyboard
program.
