My webcam won't work

Hi! I've just bought an HP Mininote 2133, Vista. I want to take pictures using the webcam but I just dont know how. Ive used the "help" already and when it says to access "HP Quickplay", my laprop says "error- invalid APP-HPQP". How do I solve this? Please answer ASAP
