What he is saying is you need to create identical accounts on both laptops.
Name them both kushagr.
Make them both a member of the administrators group.
Give them both the same password.
This can all be done by right clicking on my computer and selecting Manage, then browsing to Local Users and Groups.
Use these identical user accounts and both should be able to access the other laptop.
