SBS2008 POP3 issues, keep Exchange and SQL?
Hi all,
I have installed SBS2008 on an ML350 G6 server. The client uses email from an external provider (outlook configured locally on the PCs with pop3 and smtp settings), the problem is that every 3 days (almost exactly) the user reports that they cannot access the emails, server reboot and it is fine... for another 3 days.
Questions:
Any idea what may be causing this? I have not configured the POP3 connector as yet, as I am unsure how to do it at the moment.
As the client does not use Exchange or SQL would it be worth uninstalling them? Or may this cause more comlications than it is worth?
Thanks in advance,
Andy
