SCANNING
I AM NEW TO THE C4100 PRINTER AND AM TRYING TO SCAN AND I KEEP GETTING A MESSAGE THE THE SCANNER IS IN USE TRY AGAIN LATTER. HOW DO I GET ARROUNT THIS?

You don't say what operating system this is connected to.
Make sure that you've got all of the latest updates for windows, as well as the latest printer software.
