						I HAVE GONE INTO ACCESSORIES AND MADE SURE MUTE WASNT ON AND VOLUME WAS ALL THE WAY UP.

a) Which type/model if computer,
n) which OS?
Unfortunately HP is not supportig us poor volunteers by providig Crystal Balls :-( :-(
