What components should:

My daughter needs to know what to look for when buying a new pc. She uses it mostly for the book keeping of their business and not much else. So far I have suggested a 2 to 2.5 giga hz., 80 gig H.D., dual bios, windows XP professional edition, Cd-rewrite and dvd. Is there a lot of difference in quality of brand names or would she be better off to have one assembled? Does HP have dual bios? I have not seen it thus far.

I used to buy many different brands but have stayed with HP now. When there is a problem they answer the phone, and ship out the replacement parts if one is bad. They stay by their warranties, and they cover any freight.
I bought a dx2000?XP at home and am very happy with it. I bought a CD writer later and added it in. One thing to keep in mind when upgrading for a bookkeeper is that some newer PC's do not come with a floppy drive(not that I need one;).

Thanks, I had the question placed in the wrong section at first. They have been answered at the proper page.
