Win2k & HPLJ4 w/Jetdirect

I'm trying to install an HPLJ4 with an internal JetDirect Card. I have a PC running Win2k, with an ethernet hub connecting the PC & the HP. Using INPW, I'm able to get to the end of the install process, then I get the SI216 error message. Any suggestions? Thanks....
