I am having two servers:

DL380 G5
does these servers support virtualization? in another word, do they support Windows 2008 R2?

Solution
Yes they do. I am currently running 2008 R2 on both of these platforms. They are of the the same generation, so flipping the switches in the BIOS to support Hyper-V is supported. The only issue I run into with this generation of server is memory is becoming harder to find and I might have to resort to 3rd party memory from someone like Kingston in the future.
