Windows Server 2022 ROK license

Experts, 

I recently bought HPE server for my nutanix cluster along with Windows Server 2022 Datacenter edition ROK licensne.  Now i want to deploy some Windows Server 2022 Standard edition and dont know how to activate those using ROK lincese which i bought from HP. When i  tried to do so it say wrong Key. 

Assumpition i have :- 

1) As we have bought Datacenter lincese for all the core we have, we can spin as much Windows Server as we want untill our hardware resources exhausted. 

2) We can spin Windows Server Standard and get license , if we have Windows Server Datacenter License with me. 

Please let me know how i can do.
