write iso file in usb drive (bootable)

Hello,
i need to write iso file in usb drive and need to boot one of windows box through usb drive, i have not done this before, i had google it but not found very good solusion,

please share with me if anybody has done this before, thanks in advance
will assing points for all response and full point for correct one :)
