XP Install CD ... the real one from MSFT
We are using XP Home as business desktops.
I know it's the wrong OS for the job but...
Problem... managers have dictated we use backup utility that comes with XP for users in the office. That's no problem for all the other OSs in the office. They are Win9X/ME and we have the CDs to get it from.
With XP "home" , our Pavilion 750c's didn't come with XP Home installation media.
The NTBackup.msi file is in the \valueadd\msft folder on the CD, but HP Support says "all we get is what is copied onto the harddrive (c:\i386) which is NOT the whole "Real" XP CD.
Any ideas on how to get this file?
Thanks,
Don Boling
