Advanced Server v7.3a ECO3 heads up

Noticed during the install of Advanced Server ECO3 that it complained about NCL not found in sys$system while in POSTINSTALL. System not running DECnet Phase V, so message should not be seen. That is, if a bug was not lurking.

While the kit does install and runs as advertised, if you do the recommended terminate when prompted, $product show history will not report ECO3 as being installed, nor will it show ECO2 as being deinstalled.

Responding "no" to the terminate message, updates the PCSI database properly and causes no other harm.

I called support on this and we were not the only site to report this behavior. Its being sent to engineering for a fixup.
