In witch PerfDataItem is the data of ASTLM store in the T4 CSV.

T4 derives it's data from the MONITOR tool. ASTLM is a per-process quota, which is not being collected by monitor and therefore not available in T4.
What is your problem, why do you think you need the ASTLM data for a specific process ? ASTLM is a fixed quota value (UAF) of a process at run-time, why would you want to collect that data ? ASTCNT may be more interesting, as that is the no. of remaining ASTs available for a process.
