Presuming that this is a reference to Intersystems Cache' (the ├й character in HTML) and not memory cache or disk cache or such, please start your quest for knowledge and understanding by reading the available documentation and tutorial materials at:
http://www.intersystems.com/cache/
For a relative of this environment, please see the GT.M package that's available for download. There is a GT.M port for OpenVMS available.
If you meant some other form of cache, please add some more words around your goals and requirements here.

Please clarify - are you interested in Intersystem's Cache DBMS, VMS file caching, or disk block caching?

Hello again, Michael. Based on your previous question here, you're almost certainly looking for the Intersystems Cache' package here, and not for memory caching. Follow that URL over to Intersystems, and start reading.
