Re: cluster node crach
Khalid,
this OpenVMS V8.2 node crashed a couple of times with a MACHINECHK crash. It has also logged CPU corrected errors and async device attentions for EIB0:
It's an ES45, so DECevent does NOT help decode machine/CPU specific errors.
You need to decode this errlog file with SEA (formerly called Compaq Analyse), which you can download and install as part of WEBES:

Re: cluster node crach
DECevent isn't supported on V8.2, although it does run with a re-install. If you're managing to best practice you'll certainlly want to remove that unsupported software.
But like someone else said, for a ES45 you want WEBES anyway.
