Thankyou for pursuing this.

Not much point providing it if it breaks at crucial points.

I have not yet spent aeons trying to get it to build but on a cursory attempt get lots of these sorts of messages.

A pointer to (reasonably comprehensive) build instructions would not go astray. (Although I can't say I've looked *real* hard.) Really I just want to *use* PHP, not develop it ;-)
