data exchange fatal_error

Dear All,
i do more data mapping but when map a serial number with the same proceder with other older mapping taskes, but in this time it give ana error i don't knoe why.
the error in the log file attached.
note: the export from excel file to xml file is done correctly with no error but this error occure when export the xml to service desk.
