SolutionI believe any protocol can use LAN Failover.
Remember that DECnet Phase IV end nodes can only use one circuit, so if you have it configured on a different circuit, you'll have to clear it and reconfigure on the LLA circuit.
You may also need to get the right sequence for starting various protocols. I'm not sure how the DECnet changes to physical address plays out on LAN failover devices.

Re: Decnet Phase IV use network teaming
I also use LAT and TCPIP over the same LLA0 interface and everything works fine.
It should work OK. Do you have any problems?

Hi John, long time no see.

Very very well. I've used DECnet phase IV with LAN failover. DECnet just works, open connections will fail over with only about a 5 second hesitation when a cable is pulled. The hardware address stays with the LL device.
