DST & FailSafeIP
One of our third party sw vendors has issued their biannual DST recommendations, and this one recommends stopping FailSafeIP for an hour around the DST time change. They do not say why or indicate which versions of TCPIP are affected, only noting that HP does not have a work around.
Has anyone heard of this issue?

Re: DST & FailSafeIP
Your third-party software vendor appears to have heard or encountered something. Push back, and them for some details, or a case number, or... Well... Shut off Failsafe IP for an hour or so...
FWIW, I do not recall anything specific reported in this area, and have run various searches and don't see anything immediately obvious reported on this topic.
