How to Install CDE on OpenVMS

Dear all,
We are having a larger number of users access our alpha stations. To alleviate problems, I would like to install CDE on the system, so different users will have their own environment and will not interfere with one another's work.
could you please let me know how to install the CDE on our DS25 alpha server?

install DWMOTIF and then select the new desktop as the default.
