LTO3 Tape Drive Problem

Hi ....All

We have a server RX7640 with openvms v7.3  and tape library msl600 with 2 Tape Drives lto2 

We are using DP 6.0

After I replace one drive with tape drive Ultirium 3 -scsi LTO3   p/n:973605-101  the drive is not working and give me this error

[Major] From: MMA@itan1.bwadc "ITAN1 DRIVE2" Time: 12/8/2021 4:27:43 PM
The device "ITAN1 DRIVE2" could not be opened("Device could not be accessed")

Also in openvms when I'm trying to mount or initialize the tape it give me error "Fatal Drive Error"
