Need help with VMS in USA, Charlotte North Carolina area ASAP

We have a system that is down at our warehouse and we need it up and working ASAP.

The system had an error and the IT support guy is no longer available. Some data tables are missing but we have a tape backup for each of the five days prior to the failure. We need a consultant with experience to restore the missing tables of data for us from the tape backup.

What the database? Is there remote access to your system available?

I'm not available but there are consultants on this forum who'll need to know.
