New OpenVMS Eclipse Fortran editor
We have just released the latest HP Fortran 77 editor and OpenVMS compile wizards for NXTware Remote and are looking for interested Fortran programmers to test it. It is supported on Windows, Mac and Linux workstations using Java JDK 1.7. The new Eclipse based editor includes syntax highlighting, code complete, code assist, variable locating, and mouse hover syntax help. We will provide an evaluation version NXTware Remote client and server for one year for any interested parties. Contact support at ecubesystems.com to sign up.

Re: New OpenVMS Eclipse Fortran editor
Just curious, but why Fortran 77 and not 95 (or even 2003/2008 with the gcc compilers)?

Re: New OpenVMS Eclipse Fortran editor
We chose Fortran 77 because it comprised most of the applications written in Fortran. We plan on implementing Fortran 90 and 95 later.
Thanks,
Kevin
