Solutionthis message is shown by DECevent, if it cannot decode information from a FRU (Field Replaceable Unit) errlog entry. The FRU table describes the adapters and interfaces in a system and is written to ERRLOG.SYS during system boot.
DECevent (current and last available version is V3.4) only supports the 'older' systems and therefore cannot decode FRU entries from newer system (anything EV6 or higher or ES/DS systems).
You need SEA (System Event Analyzer, previously called CA = Compaq Analyse) to translate errlog entries from more recent systems. SEA is part of the WEBES suite.
