SAMBA [homes] Option

VMS V8.2
Latest test release of SAMBA

I've got SAMBA installed and can create
"shares", but can't get the [homes] feature
to work.

Do I need to add anything to the default smb.conf [homes] section?

Will SAMBA get the users default directory from the AUTHORIZE file, or do I need to add something to smb.conf?

The log file shows:

[2006/12/19 13:38:44, 2] SAMBA$SRC:[SOURCE.AUTH]AUTH.C;1:(310)
check_ntlm_password: Authentication for user [*****] -> [*****] FAILED with
error NT_STATUS_WRONG_PASSWORD

If I have an entry for this user in the SAMBA pwd database, will this interfere with checking the AUTHORIZE db?

TIA
