snmp oid help
Hi
I want OID which should give me number of packets (in/out) transmitted at a particular time for a network card(NIC like etho, elxlo...). can anybody help in getting the oid... Thanks

This would depend on a number of factors, including what IP stack you are running on your box..
However if you are running TCP/IP services, I would guess it to be..
1.3.6.1.3.4.36.2.15.22 for VMS
and then refer to RFC1213 for the rest as there are various options depending on how many NIC's you have and what type of packets you are interested in.
