Wim,
Yes the GS has been installed properly. I am having the files PNG created without any issues. I will try to mess around with the fonts logicals and see if that helps.

Will update later, when i manage to get rid of this...

Wim, Loki and all others,
Thanks a lot for your inputs and help. I have finaly managed to get all the issues resolved and get this working. If any one needs i can now provide help and also let them know how i did it.
