VAX/VMS V4.7 binaries

We've searched high and low, but the only kit we're finding, in response to a customer's request, is quite small. It's been decades since orange manuals graced my cube, what am I missing? Have you a V4.7 kit I could ftp?

VMS047.A;1 1323
VMS047.B;1 504
VMS047.C;1 126

Total of 3 files, 1953 blocks.

MicroVAX-II. And the reason why he needs it is to add DECnet back onto an uVAX where it had been removed.

I'll have to do a little digging through the warehouse, but I believe I still have a V4.7 TK50 distribution set - will that work for you? How quickly do you need it?

Re: VAX/VMS V4.7 binaries

Thanks Allan,

Actually, the customer wrote late this afternoon to say 'nevermind', 'got what we needed from a V5.5-2 kit'. After going though our archives, I thought we really *ought* to have a copy. So the urgency is gone, but not the request. Drop me a line to jeff.chisholm@hp.com when you have the TK in hand, and I'll reply with info about an ftp transfer site.

Regards, Jeff

Jeff,

this is from loooong time memory, but it seems to fit your saveset descriptions:

ISTR that 4.7 was an UPDATE from 4.6; so to install 4.7 you will need to (have & ) install 4.6, then update with the 4.7 savesets.

Proost.

Have one on me.

Actually, I ought to have 4.5 through 4.7 in my archives, too. CHARON-VAV supports systems back to 4.5, and it's handy to have these ancient versions on-hand.

If someone has them available, I do have both TK50 and 9-track read capability...
