Collect a Survey in VMWare

Hello mates.
I need to collect an advanced survey for a nachine that has installed VMWare ESX 4.0
I would like to know which software I need (I suppose the HP SMH and the HP Agents) and which is the command I need to execute for collect the log and in which route/folder I must to execute the command... (maybe something like > survey -5)

I solved this. It is located in the manual for the Insoght Diagnostic.
