HP Insight Control for vCenter is still initializing
Hello Forum members,
We have an issue whereby when our vcenter server is rebooted, we get a message on the HP Insight Software tab in the vSphere client.
The message is "HP Insight Control for vCenter is still initializing" and it will remain like that indefinitely.
The only way to fix it is to re-run the setup wizard for HP Insight Control for vCenter. Once that has been re-run, everything returns to normal after 10-15 minutes. However, if the server is rebooted again, the message reappears and needs the setup wizard to be re-run again.
We are on Insight Control for vCenter version 6.3.1, vSphere client version 4.1.0 Build 491557 and vCenter server version 4.1.0 Build 345043.
Does anyone know how to get rid of this so that it just works when rebooted?
Thanks,
Ben
