Insiffucient Memory Ressources at vmware power up

We get this error Insiffucient Memory Ressources at vmware power up.

There is enough memory and all the other vmwares are starting.
Strange is that the shares values show strage values.

hello, check your reservations - look you could have them too high to work when you have HA enabled
