Multipathing in ESX
Hello Experts,
How do i confirm multipathing on ESX server is configured and working, we are using XP storages.

Re: Multipathing in ESX
Multi-pathing is part of ESX. If you have VirtualCenter select a Host, select Configuration and Storage, select one of the rpesented LUNs and it should show you the number of paths available. Or go to Storage Adapters and for each HBA you should see targets presented on each of the paths. From a SSH session esxcfg-mpath --list will show all of the paths to the LUNs.

With this i have a new question.
If we are using blade enclosures, how good we are efffectively using the multiple virtual conenct modules.
Is there any recommendation or options to set th emapth manually at esx level. This will share the load equally. even though the virtual conenct modules are load balanced.
