Dear  AgurlaNavya

Please create an account with HPE Support. Once your registered, you can log into the account. in dash board please find option for My contracts > Add a support agreement (need to provide SAR or SAID no) or Add Product ( need to provide Server Serial No). and follow the instruction. it will be registered. once it registered you can log support case after 24hrs. 

Also you can reach for contactSupport. here you can chat with HPE executive, or you can checkl for phone directory country wise. choose your country to get it.
