NUMA memory affinity settings

I have a set of two Vm host- DL380G9..both hosts having three virtual m/cs with windows 2012 os. One of the server is having performance issue with vendor application Druva InsYnc. The application service is taking >90 Cpu utlization everytime. The vendor is asking to enable NUMA memory affinity to that node...
