VMWARE 6.5 Update

Hey Experts - 

I have a Proliant DL380p Gen8, currently running VMware vCenter Server 6.5 U3s (6.5.0.39000)
(Build 19261680) release date: 02/08/2022.

I'm thinking about upgrade from 6.5 U3s to U3u (6.5.0.41000) (Build 20510539)., release date 10/06/2022.

I'm not sure if the server will run the latest version of 6.5 U3? All of the Hardware Compatibility Lists I have seen include U3, but not the later variations.

Is anyone running v6.5 U3u on a DL380p Gen8?

If so, any tips, tricks, gotchas to share?

Hello there, do keep in mind that the latest HPE ESXi custom image for 6.5 U3 is:

VMware-ESXi-6.5.0-Update3-14990892-HPE-preGen9-650.U3.9.6.10.1-Dec2019

it is always recommended to run the custom images released by HPE.
