8200 support
I just bought HP 8200 CD RW drive and have not been able to use it. I tried using it on Windows 2000 and it gave me the error "No compatible recordable device found .... Would you like to look for an update" -- something along those lines.
On Windows 98, it does the speed check and then gives error message, on pressing troubleshoot button, it says the speed of the CD was too high. I am using CD that came with the drive, which says that it is certified for 1x, 2x and 4x drives. I have also tried using the CD-RW disk that came with the drive. But no luck.
Please help out.
Thank you
