DVD 740e
Hi, I have external HP DVD 740e driver, attached to Win. XP. The driver can read/write CDs and read DVDs. But doesn't recognize blank DVD, so I’m not able to write new DVDs.
I did firmware update, but couldn’t find any driver to install it for dvd740 !!
Also, checked all tech. support documentation, but no luck. Any idea why is that?
