When I turned the Jukebox on, it automatically displays in the screen the message "D E V I C E F A I L E D". I tried to run some tests, but it doesn't let me do them. What this means? How could I solve this problem? I'll appreciate any help.

What is the product number of Jukebox, and just try to get the error code.

When u power on the jukebox it will pass/fail the selftest ran by the firmware and it will display device failed after that press enter to get the error code .

The model number is c1150j and it is a SureStore 160ex. When I turned it on it doesn't run any test, just show the message in the screen, doesn't make any familiar noise.
