HD3000s Roxio Software

I have recently purchaced the above drive. No issues but one. After doing a backup form my Vista system, I then wiped the machine to put XP on subsiquently lost the Roxio software. I had already formated the media drive before the backup. So is there anywhere I can get hold of the roxio backup my pc software so I can do a restore.
