HP MyCD stops responding problem
Following a reinstall of W98 on my Dell GX1 I have had problems with HP MyCD.
The application launches & appears to run normally, but fails (without posting an error message) as soon as either of the 3 main option buttons are clicked (Help & the update options, function properly).
I have followed the update link & downloaded and installed RecordNow which presents with the same problem.
I have followed the troubleshooting guidelines to verify my HP8220e installation, I have an ATI Rage Pro (not 128) running up to date drivers, I don't have SMARTVSD.VXD in IOSUBSYS, and when attempting to run RecordNow I have had an active Internet connection to prevent CDDB timeouts.
Any thoughts on the way forward would be VERY gratefully received.
Thank you
