Juke Box 20XT
When I try to access my jukebox using My computer Icon on 2000 advance server, I get en error saying the device is empty but is NOT, all test come up ok but I can not access the optical drive. Can anyone please help me here? RenzoP@Cox.net

Hello Renzo,
Am I correct that you are attempting to use "Removeable Storage Service"?
If not please explain what you're using under my computer and what's telling you the device is empty.
If you are using RSM I would not expect it to work as this is not one of the supported devices for RSM.
One other place to look under Computer Management/devices is drives... see if the drives are present there.
Also, if RSM is enabled I would recommend disabling it.
