Jukebox 300mx
I have a problem regarding jukebox 300mx, when i try to search a file from a disk that comes from an optical 80ex, some files cannot be viewed and some files can be viewed, I am using OTG software, is there any issue regarding this matter? the error in the software is "couldn't load page:"

Which version of OTG software are you using, and which Operating system?
It's possible that the OTG file system or records data base is corrupt.
Have you checked the OTG SCSI logs to see if there are any SCSI errors being reported by the drive? This would help to determine if there is actually a problem reading the data from the drive or with the OTG application determining where it wrote the data.
