mid range jukebox problem
My jukebox cannot initialize----let me give a description of how it behaves. When powered on, the picker strikes the base frame twice in an attempt to turn but will later rise a little, then the picker turns. After this, it makes a vertical movement and descend with two bangs at the floor of the box.It then stops with a 'Device failed" message.
I noticed that if I manually support the carriage after the second bang on the floor, it'll rise vertically and a message of ready will display.

Re: mid range jukebox problem
Sounds like there may be a mechanical problem. You can see an error code after device failed on the front panel which indicates the detailed message.
You should contact your local HP support provider to have this checked out.
