Please help!

Im having the same problem w/my HP record now w/a similiar error. DOes anyone know how to fix the buffer underrun problem? This is the error i get when i try to burn cds

Can't tell you what these actually mean especially as I don't use windows but the typical course of action when getting buffer underruns is to increasse RAM (or make sure nothing else is running when you do your burning) and/or select a slower speed for the CD device you are writing too.
Never preceed any demonstration with anything more predictive than "watch this"

Only thing I can suggest is the usual. Shut off antivirus, close as many running programs as you can, turn off the screen saver and power savings.

Beyond that, you may want to see if the burner is on its own IDE channel, or if it isn't, that its set to the master.

If your source data isn't on the computer's hard drive, try copying it there first.
